10, 9, 8 pushup
6, 5, 4 pullup
3x1/1 pistol @ 15lb rock
3x1/1 double windmill @ two 15lb rocks
60sec double claw grip hold @ two 15lb rocks
Notes: Not much for training but I wanted to move a bit while at 9800' of elevation. It was beautiful there as always and it was the first time Keira has been out that way. It is safe to say she enjoyed the hell out of it.
