Z JM - ankle, knee and hip
then:
5/5 1h kb snatch @ 24kg on the min for 10 min
then:
5x10/10sec bird dog
notes: All work done by Steve. Felt like a light snatch session today. Everything felt good...the lumbar is happy. Finished with some cossacks and hip flexor stretches. I threw in a little foam rolling as well to avoid any hamstring tightness (seems to be accompanying snatch sessions lately). I feel great today as I write this.
