May 15th Training

Workout:
BB DL sequence:
10x1 @ 95lbs
10x1 @ 135lbs
15x1 @ 165lbs
15x1 @ 195lbs
then:
30x wall ball + 60m kb farmers walk @ 2x 24kg + 20 inverted ring rows
20x wall ball + 60m kb farmers walk @ 2x 24kg + 10 inverted ring rows
10x wall ball + 60m kb farmers walk @ 2x 24kg + 10 inverted ring rows
then:
3x1/1 bup tgu @ 24kg
3x1 medball rollout @ 20lb
then:
10x pushup w/ feet on stability ball
