notes: all work done by sjm. I was feeling a bit pissy today. Its not lack of rest, overtraining or poor diet. I pretty much have it narrowed down to the fact that I was pissy because I havent been in the mountains in waaaayyy too long. The symmetry, monotany and lack of a non-linear landscape is tugging on my soul. About three weeks and I will be climbing to my heart and soul's delight.
