4/2 training

Workout:
5x3/3 1h kb snatch
5x3/3 1h bottoms up clean
1x1 double kb clean and jerk
2x10/10 sec plate pinch
2x1/1 towel wring out

notes: snatch - steve, 32kg. bup - steve, 32kg. c+j - steve, 2x 32kg. pinch - steve, 2x 20lb. not much of a workout yesterday. I was doing some stuff for the camera and decided to make the day grip-based. Pretty soon I'll be able to close the CoC #3 and rip Grendels arm off.
