4/2 food log

My IF period was roughly 20 hours and I broke it with:

one large spinach salad w/ one tomato, one oz raw pumpkin seeds and balsamic
pita bread with hummus and one oz white cheese

one large chicken burrito w/beans, tomato, cheese and hot sauce.
two glasses of red wine

notes: I keep forgetting to list water consumption, so screw it. I drink 3-4L everyday without fail.
