Friday, March 21st Workout

Workout:

Z NWU, rest

March 20th food log:

3 cups of black coffee

1 handful of raw pumpkin seeds

4 pc spicy tuna sushi
1 banana

1 glass of red wine
1 cup pasta with tomato sauce, 1T olive oil and 4oz ground turkey

notes: this is a little off from normal day for me, didnt see as much protein or veggies as i'm used to. calories were a bit low but guess what? im still alive and kickin, hard.
