3/23 Training and Food Log

3/23 workout:
rest

3/23 food log:
1 sprouted grain bagel w/ cream cheese
2 cups black coffee

one 16oz red bull
1 handful of sunflower seeds

9oz baked ham
salad with olive oil and balsamic
2 cups of green beans
1 cup scalloped potatoes

10oz apricot pork chop
6 grilled potatoe wedges
120z beer
12oz cider

4 pieces of sprouted grain hemp bread
4T peanut butter
2 cups whole milk

notes: I ate a ton today by my standards. Had some good easter food (twice) and was attacked by a late-night ravenous hunger. Which, as you can see, I curbed :)
