10x 1h bottoms-up kb clean (5 l, 5 r) @ 24kg
5x kb crush curl @ 24kg
10x 1h kb jerk @ 24kg
20x 1h kb snatch (10 l, 10 r) @ 24kg
*immediately move from station to station, rest 30-60 sec b/w rounds
Notes: Away from the gym and using a 24kg 'bell exclusively today. Felt great after Z, getting the moves down better. Looking at plane tickets to go back to Minneapolis in June to assist at the RKC. I can't wait to get back there, it was a blast last time.
