Thursday, January 18th

Workout:
5x20 h2h swing @ 32kg
25x kte on rings (10,10,5)
25x ring dip (7,6,7,5)

notes: today felt good. havent done the swing in a while...its amazing how much you learn from an exercise when you are away from it: the technique, mechanics, benefits, and oh the pain :) today was Keira's fourth kettlebell workout and she is rockin. its been swings, get-ups, planks and crush curls for now. she understands the moves, excels at them and pays attention to detail...a dream client. her mom is interested in kettlebell training and wants to start ASAP. I am really looking forward to introducing a physical therapist to the 'bells.
