3/24 food log

1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup whole milk
2 cups black coffee

one plain whey protein shake

large pile of baby carrots
4oz deli turkey
2oz white cheese
one 12oz red bull

one cheese and tomato pizza (yes, the whole damn thing)
2 glasses of red wine
one 12oz red bull
