4/1 Training

Workout:
3 rounds of
21x wall ball
18x pull-up
15x 2h kb swing
12x ring dip

notes: wall ball - Steve 20lb, 10ft target. swing - Steve 32kg.

Workout:
3 rounds of
21x wall ball
18x inverted ring row
15x 2h kb swing
12x pushup

notes: wall ball - Ryan 20lb, 10ft target. swing - Ryan 24kg.

Workout:
Intro to the swing and get-up

notes: Trained a new client (Will) today. Taught him the basics of picking the kettlebell up, swinging the kettlebell and the get-up. The get-up was performed without any weight due to a slight lack of shoulder flexibility (which was soon fixed). Next session weight will be added.
