one sprouted grain bagel with cream cheese
2 cups black coffee
one 16oz red bull
one handful of roasted sunflower seeds
8oz baked ham
salad with olive oil
2 cups green beans
1 cup scalloped potatoes
12oz pork chop w/apricot marinade
six grilled potato wedges w/ mayo
12oz beer
12oz cider
4 pieces of sprouted grain hemp bread
4T peanut butter
2 cups whole milk
notes: this was a ton of food by my standards. i partook in two separate easter feasts...both phenomenal. i woke late that night with a ravenous hunger. which, as you can see...I curbed :)
