Food Log

Saturday, 3/22 food log:

2 cups black coffee

one handful of raw almonds

2 pc sprouted hemp bread
2oz white cheese

two handfuls of roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds

2 grilled chicken sandwiches w/swiss and tomato
2 glasses of red wine

3L water

notes: in the past i havent really listed water consumption, since its pretty dialed in. i am going to go ahead and do it anyway. i didnt specify to readers that the diet log listed here is my own (Steve) and not all PPKC members/clients. they track their own in their journals.
