B1) 3x10 goblet squat on inverted bosu ball @ 12kg
B2) 3x5 bb sl dl @ 65# l,r
C1) 2x5 kb side bend @ 16kg l,r
C2) 1x5 f8th @ 16kg l,r
notes: light workout today. i had a busy day and only had 25 minutes between clients to workout. sprint day tomorrow...gotta keep those mechanics solid.
