Workout: warmup, sprints, pullup play

z-health neural warmup

30x 25yd sprints (various rest periods)

1x5 kip pullup
1x5 pullup
1x5 chinup
1x5 pullup w/ hammer (both hands clenching one hammer hanging from bar)
1x4 kip pullup
1x3 pullup
1x3 chinup
1x3 hammer split pullup l,r (one hand on hammer, one hand on bar)

notes: all sets performed on fat bar after sprint session
