Friday, May 23rd Training

gtg:
5x2 bb dl @ 250lbs
5x2 pullup @ 20lb vest

Workout:
Z-JM lumbar, thoracic
then:
Tabata-sprints/speed squats
then:
A1) 5x5 ring dip
A2) 5x5/5 fkt @ 55lb

notes: All work done by Steve. I rotated the Tabata protocol between sprints and squats....ie :20/:10 sprint, :20/:10 speed squat until four rounds of each were finished. My deadlifting is coming back. Since learning some Z I have bumped the weight down and am trying to 'relearn' the lift.
