Saturday, March 22nd Training

Workout: superset (cannot put kettlebell down until both sets are done)

five rounds of:

10x kb goblet squat
5x 1h kb jerk l,r

notes: squat - steve, 32kg. jerk - steve, 32kg.

3/21 food log:

2 cups black coffee
one tortilla with two eggs, cheddar and potatoes

one handful of raw almonds

one tin of smoked salmon
three large rye crackers

one green salad with caesar, broccoli, eggs, artichokes, chickpeas, kidney beans, cauliflower and carrots
two small pieces of pizza (yes, i 'killed' some pizza)
2 glasses of red wine
