3/26 training and food log

Workout:
recovery

notes: recovery today was 18 holes of golf. lots of sun, lots of wind and lots of walking.

food log:
4oz beef jerky
6oz salted almonds
two 12oz redbulls
two 12oz light beers

one glass of tawny port
8oz bison burger
2cups broccoli, 2cups carrots w/cheddar
a few fistfuls of texas fries
one piece of blueberry pie

4L water

notes: it was a day off from work today and the fellas and I went out for some golf. my eating was a bit off due to my celebratory mood. once in a blue moon never kills anyone. just keep it at that.
