Workout: straight sets (90sec b/w sets)

4x4 1h kb c+j @ 32kg l,r
4x4 kb front squat @ two 32kg's
4x4 kb floor press @ two 32kg's
2x50yds kb farmers walk @ two 32kg's

notes: everything felt great today. the cns boost i got was phenomenal.
