Tuesday, October 2nd workout

Workout: straight sets (2min rest b/w sets)

3x3 weighted pullup @ 20kg
3x3 ohs @ 45# (a new movement to me, really focusing on form)
3x3 weighted dip @ 24kg
3x3 double kb clean @ two 32kg
3x3 weighted sb crunch @ 4kg (10sec on descent, 10sec on ascent)
