Workout: straight sets (rest 2 min b/w sets)

3x3 weighted pullup @ 16kg
3x3 kb front squat @ two 32kg
3x3 weighted dip @ 20kg
2x3 kb dl @ two 32kg
3x3 weighted stability ball crunch @ 4kg (weight extended overhead)
