Keeping a training journal

I started an online training journal, finally. I find it is more neat and precise to do it this way. I am listing, today, the last few workouts I've done in a lump. All the other old ones will remain on paper. With a few exceptions, the workouts will appear on the days they happen as to keep accuracy. I recently came off of a slight back injury so the loads are currently pretty light.
