4/14 Training

3x3/3 1h kb snatch into 5sec neg. mp @ 32kg
3x3 ring dip with 20lb vest
3x3 double kb front squat @ two 32kg's
3x3 ring pullup with 20lb vest
3x3 kte on rings with 8lb med ball b/w knees
