Workout:

3x3 double kb front squat @ two 32kgs
3x3 ring pullup with 20lbs vest
3x3/3 single leg deadlift @ 135lbs
3x3 ring dip with 20lbs vest
3x3/3 full contact twist @ 55lbs
3x3/3 CoC #2 closes
